As of January 31st 2025 we have made the decision to no longer ship printed plans.
I know I know. This sucks.
It has gotten increasingly expensive and unwieldly for a one-man-shop such as Ashes is to both manage and afford the print and shipping logistics required to meet customer expectations. Covid changed things significantly and since, we’re operating in challenging environment where small businesses are often times expected to conform to the norms established by online sellers such as Amazon with regards to shipping times, delivery costs, and no-questions-asked returns. Regrettably, it’s not a space I can compete in.
Ergo, no more printed plans …. sad face.
Digital Plans
Customers ordering digital plans will receive an email with a download link immediately after completing their order. The link will stay active for a period of 1 year and includes 3 downloads. The plans themselves will be a 4 or 5 page pdf sized at 36″ x 24″. Many consumer print/photo-copy outlets have wide format printers capable of printing the plans for a cost of approximately $2 to $3 per sheet. It is only necessary to print the station plans full size.
Shipping costs do not apply to digital plans.

What Happens When Something Goes Wrong?

Prices quoted are in $USD.
Ashes Still Water Boats operates in Ontario, Canada. All Canadian residents will have HST or GST rates applied to their order, in accordance with current tax provisions.
U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.
International customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.
